In full. and Administratrix of ‘all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits’ of Richard Devenish late of Stalbridge Weston is required to make an Inventory of all possessions of Richard Devenish. The inventory to be presented to the Registry of the Archdeacon on or before the last day of February 1733/4, and further, a complete accompt of the Administration presented by 31st August 1734.
If a will is discovered with a named Executor, to present it to the Court requesting it to be allowed, and in that case the obligation becomes void, otherwise it remains in full force.
