The inventory to be presented to the Registry of the Archdeacon on or before the last day of February 1733/4, and further, a complete accompt of the Administration presented by 31^st  August 1734.  
If a will is discovered with a named Executor, to present it to the Court requesting it to be allowed, and in that case the obligation becomes void, otherwise it remains in full force.
