An inventory of Joseph Snook’s estate is to be exhibited into the Registry of the Archdeaconry by 31st December 1736, and a complete account of the Administration presented by the last day of June 1737.
If a will is discovered with a named Executor it should be presented to the Court to be allowed and approved, in which case this obligation on Susannah Snook becomes void. Otherwise it remains in full force.
