Summary
John Perkins gentleman of Winterborne St Martin, (husband of Elizabeth Perkins, niece and Administratrix of the goods, chattels and credits of John Paulet late of Stalbridge Weston is bound to the Archdeaconry Court to carry out the administration of John Paulet’s estate. James Keate and Israel Read, both of Stalbridge stand surety.
John Perkins must ensure an Inventory is made of the goods, chattels, and credits, of John Paulet deceased and arrange it to be exhibited into the registry of the Archdeacon’s Court of Dorset at or before the 25th March next.
A full account of the administration should be presented by 29th September.
If a will with an Executor is subsequently discovered it should be presented to the court asking for it to be allowed, in which case this obligation becomes void.
