Joane must make or cause to be made an inventory of all or singular the goods chattels and credits of Bernard Chamberlyne and arrange for it to be exhibited into the Registry of the Archdeacon’s Court of Dorset at or before the Feast of All Saints.
And further, Joane must make a full accompt of the administration at or before the Feast of St John the Baptist.
If a will is discovered it should be exhibited to the Court making a request to have it allowed & approved, and if that happens, this obligation becomes void,
